Kratos Strong Coffee - Review

I'm writing this to support a product that works. My daily routine is fairly simple - wakes up at 6am, be in the office at 8am and out at 5pm. The  stress level would depend on a given day of the month (an accountant thing). 

The dilema comes in usually after office hour on decidung whether to go to the gym and lift (which I usually prefer) or go straight home and binge in watching TV. I used to take instant coffee to boost my energy through out the day and have a little more for the evening workout.

The decision to go workout usually depends on the energy left after a day of office work. And taking instant coffee has a varying effect depending on the amount I have taken and what time I have actually taken it during the day.

Thus I find it important to limit my caffeine intake to balance the effect of having spare energy to lift and being able to sleep before 11pm.

Until I tried Kratos Strong coffee double shot. First I took it after lunch. And to my (not so) surprise, I felt like my strenght increased by 50% during workout and my stamina doubled. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to sleep up until 2am.

The second day, I took it at 9am and I got a very satisfying effect. I felt energetic throughout the day, I'm not sure but I think a little bit happier and have had just enough energy to do the workout in the evening. I felt calmer as well all through out the day and find it easier to sleep at night. 

Overall, I can give this thing 8 out of 10. I've been using it for 2 weeks. And I'm not sure if the effect will get better overtime or will I experience negative effect. The worst thing I can think of is I become too dependent to it to sustain my daily energy need. I'll update this blog after sometime.
